Open Communication Policy

Ashcombe Park Bowling Club is operated by a single committee the AEC (Ashcombe Executive Committee). 

It is their duty to act responsible in their actions and open to & listen to any criticism or comments from Members. 

In addition, as a club we rely upon a team of Managers & Supervisors who in turn run teams of volunteers to undertake club duties, such as, but not limited to, Gardening, Greens, Maintenance, Socials etc. 

In all events, to ensure the smooth running of the club, all parties are expected to be open & share any experience & information that would lend itself to that end. 

The AEC will publish in full all minutes of meetings and be available to discuss these if required. 

All duty supervisors/managers are expected to support the AEC fully and act in a manner that is respectful of others.

 Should any member have an issue that requires addressing by the AEC it can be done so via the players representative, as detailed in the grievance policy.
