Open to all members who, prior to playing in the first round of a competition, have been accepted as full members having
a) Paid the current club subscription
b) Not entered other clubs outdoor competitions for the current year, other than Open Competitions.
c) If for any reason at the start of (or during) the season a member finds they will not be available for Finals Weekend, they must not enter or, alternatively must withdraw immediately from any club competition listed below.
d) Entries must be received no later than 2 weeks after Regtistration Day ("Paying in Day"). Anyone wishing to enter after this date will be placed on a waiting list. Then, if any entrant pulls out of a competition(s) the Competition Secretary will offer the vacant draw spot to the first person on the waiting list.
e) The draw for competitions will be made by a quorum of 5 members consisting of mens/ladies - President/vice president, captain, vice-captain, competition secretary and players rep.
