14 April - GAME POSTPONED - Congresbury away 26/4/24 - This Wessex match has been rescheduled for Monday 17 June, 2.00 start.

14 April - All the Internal competition draws have now been made and can either be seen on the match boards or by looking at the Club Competitions web page.

21 May - The Ladies Top Club game due to be played on Monday 27 May at home to Purnell has been cancelled. Purnell have conceded the game. I will keep you informed of who and when we are playing next as soon as I have the details.

22 May - The Ladies Availability & Selection Statistics have now been published and will be published at the end of each month (ie next one due end of June). Also there have been a significant number of last minute changes to games that are coming up in the next week, so I strongly urge you to check the relevant League buttons below for the most up to date information that I have.

29 May - Selection now done until 20 June (although the Mixed League game on 13 June, away to West Backwell, was not selected because we still need 4 ladies to volunteer to play). Team sheets can be seen in the relevant categories below. Next selection will be made on 4 June for games 20 to 25 June.

3 June - Congratulations to our wonderful volunteers who played against Yatton in the Southey yesterday - we won!! I am so extremely proud of you all and can't thank you enough.

3 June - The home game on Thursday 6 June has been postponed by Burnham. I have emailed all the players who were selected. Burnham were unable to find sufficient players due to a bereavement and holidays. This game has been rescheduled for 20 June.

6 June - The friendly away game against Burnham on 20 June is now going to be at HOME. It will become the rescheduled Victoria Triples match that was cancelled on 6 June. All those players who had been selected for the friendly game on the 20th will now be playing at home against Burnham.

10 June - The date and time for our next round of the Ladies Top Club has been confirmed today. Sunday 23 June we play Portishead RBL at home - start time 3pm

17 June - Commiserations to our valiant ladies who played in the Southey yesterday. I was so proud of how hard you all  fought and I want to thank you so much x x We won on two disciplines but lost on two, so it all came down to the number of shots across the four rinks. We had 61 to Portishead RBL had 73.

24 June - Yesterday, once again we played Portishead RBL Ladies, this time in Top Club, but despite the valiant efforts of our talented and tenacious players we lost 0-4. Many thanks ladies for all your hard work and commitment, we are all very proud of how well you played and how well you represented our club against such strong opposition.

28 June - the date of the rescheduled match that was due to be played on 14 June is now 11 September

29 June - We played West Backwell in the first round of the Fear Cup yesterday. What an exceptional match I was privileged to watch! You were all so absolutely determined and played so well! Unfortunately Lady Luck wasn't with us and eventually we lost 35-48, which wasn't a true reflection on how equally matched both teams were. So well done Ladies - as ever, I am extremely proud of you all and so grateful. Details of our next match in the Fear Plate will be announced as soon as we get confirmation.

19 July - Unfortunately in the Fear Plate we lost to Victoria 35 shots to their 70. Well done our ladies for putting up such a valiant fight. We are very grateful and proud of everyone who has represented us in the large number of Cup matches we have been entered in these past few weeks. Thank you to everyone involved.
